How to get here:

If you are driving –

From the Campbell River ferry it is a ten minute ferry ride to Quathiaski Cove terminal on Quadra Island. It is roughly a forty minute drive from Quathiaski Cove ferry terminal to where we will pick you up on our boat. The easiest method is to type the location into Google Maps and keep the app running, as you will lose service along your travels.

“Hoskyn Channel Landing” is what you will type into Google Maps App when you arrive to Quathiaski Cove Ferry

1. Campbell River to Quathiaski Cove (Quadra Island) 10 minute ferry ride

2. Drive off ferry and follow road up to Harper Rd (you will see Tru Value Grocery store in front of you)

3. Turn LEFT onto Harper Rd and drive 600m to the three way stop

4. Turn RIGHT at the three way stop on to Heriot Bay Rd

5. Drive passed the Gas N’ Go gas station to the two way stop and turn LEFT onto W. Rd (West Rd)

6. Follow W. Rd for 5.8 km

7. Turn LEFT onto Hyacinth Bay Rd

8. Follow Hyacinth Bay Rd for 22 Km

9. Arrive at Hoskyn Channel Landing

Parking your car in the upper parking lot is free. Please do not park in the lower parking lot as it is for residential guests only. The boat ride is included with your stay and we require that you sign a liability form/boat passenger waiver upon arrival.

If you are boating –

Read Island, BC is part of the Discovery Islands between Vancouver Island and the Mainland, between the Straight of Georgia and Johnstone Straight. If you plan to arrive by boat we can accommodate up to 30 feet on our dock and do not supply power or water. Dock use is for accommodation rental only.

There are options for water taxi’s as well, that are based out of Campbell River. Prices are subject to their company.
